• Familiar with specific pastries and know them by name
• Serve pastries and coffee drinks with exceptional attention to customers' needs
• Ability to make and serve sandwiches
• Provide top of the line customer service
• Being proactive, productive, and aware of store operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to move quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work well as a team member.

Prior experience making espresso drinks: Late, Mocha, Cappuccino, Espresso, Ice Late, etc. is a plus!
